Thank you for purchasing a unique piece of art from Silver and Strands. All sales are final. If you find an item doesn’t fit properly, you may return the piece to us with a description of the issue and we will modify the piece to fit better if possible.

Damaged Item – If you have received a damaged item or if there is a manufacturers defect within the first 30 days, please carefully gather any pieces and return all pieces to Silver and Strands. We will attempt to repair the piece. If the damaged piece can not be repaired, we will refund the original purchase amount.
